Meet Cora
Cora Jewell
She believes true transformation happens when we slow down, listen inward, and create space for both healing and growth.
Whether she's guiding movement, holding space in a Soul Circle, offering intuitive insight, or helping someone create peace within their home, her goal is the same — to support each person in reconnecting with themselves and living with greater ease, purpose, and authenticity.
Roots
Movement came first
With a background in ballet and dance, Cora brings an appreciation for graceful movement, mindful alignment, and body awareness to every class she teaches. For more than a decade she has guided individuals throughout the Grand Valley on their yoga, wellness, and personal growth journeys with a compassionate, grounded, heart-centered approach.
Training
A practice, deepened
After completing her 200-hour certification in Iyengar and Restorative Yoga in 2016, Cora continued expanding her practice through advanced training in Yin Yoga, Guided Meditation, the Chakra System, sound healing, and other holistic wellness modalities.
Practice
Holding space, near and far
Beyond the studio, Cora has led international yoga retreats, facilitated women's circles, and created meaningful experiences that encourage connection, reflection, and renewal. Through Cora Jewell Alchemy she weaves together yoga, organization, tarot, mindfulness, and community.
Slow down. Listen inward.
Cultivating greater clarity, balance, and intention — in our homes, our bodies, and our lives.
